I can't log in to my Bonusbank account
You can log in to your Bonusbank account at bonusbank.com.au/login. You can use your username and password, or log in with Google if you signed up that way.
Forgotten your password?
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the steps to reset it. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes.
Logged in but can't access paid content?
If you can log in but your membership appears to be on the free tier, there are two common causes:
1. A failed payment
If your most recent payment was declined your account will revert to free access until the payment is resolved. Check that your card details are up to date in your account settings, or try a different payment method. If you are still having trouble, email us at [email protected] and we can look into it.
2. An accidental downgrade
Downgrading your plan to the free tier takes effect immediately, which is different from cancelling. If you meant to cancel your subscription rather than change your plan, you will have lost access to paid content straight away. If this happened by mistake, get in touch at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
