How to Install the Bonusbank App
Access your calculators, courses and tools faster than ever with the Bonusbank app. It works on both iPhone and Android and takes less than a minute to install.
Installing on iPhone
- Open Safari and go to app.bonusbank.com.au
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up)
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner
- The Bonusbank app will appear on your home screen
Important: The app must be installed through Safari. It will not work correctly if you try to install it from Chrome or another browser on iPhone.
Installing on Android
- Open Chrome and go to app.bonusbank.com.au
- Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner
- Tap "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"
- Tap "Install" to confirm
- The Bonusbank app will appear on your home screen
Logging in
Use the same email address and password you use on the Bonusbank website. You will not need to create a new account.
What's in the app
Once logged in you'll have access to:
- All your calculators, optimised for mobile
- Your full course library
- Sports and Racing promo pages (Basic and above)
- Tools including the Dutching software and Value Betting (tier dependent)
- Quick access shortcuts you can customise to your most used features
Staying logged in
The app keeps you logged in automatically. You should not need to enter your password each time you open it.
Notifications
The app can send you notifications about new features, upcoming events and important updates. You will be prompted to enable notifications when you first open the app. You can manage your notification preferences at any time in the Account tab.
Troubleshooting
The app is showing old content or not updating Close the app completely by swiping it away in your app switcher, then reopen it. This forces it to load the latest version.
I'm seeing a blank screen or loading error Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, delete the app from your home screen and reinstall it following the steps above.
I can't find "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone Make sure you are using Safari, not Chrome or another browser. The option only appears in Safari's Share menu.
My tier or features look wrong Sign out from the Account tab and sign back in. This refreshes your membership details.
